Many kilos did you lose? So almost four in now one month. I lost eight to ten kilos. Twenty kilos. I have reduced thirty four kgs. Five to six percent fat, several kilos. I lost nineteen kilos. I lost almost thirty kilos. More than down six kgs. PTD is helping me, obviously. I cut the weight. Seventy eight right now. I started with seventy kgs, and we have been working out, and I am now fifty nine point nine kgs.
When we started, I was on hole number five on my weight training belt. I've now easily made it to hole number six and not far off getting to seven. So obviously the inches are coming off the waist. So just getting stronger. Twenty kilos. I feel more energetic. At fifty four years of age, I feel strong and fast. I was a heavy smoker. I lost around ten percent of my fat, and I gained another forty two percent muscle.
When we started to work ninety days ago, I was ninety one kilos with my height of one seven three. Today, I am now seventy two kilos. I lost nineteen kilos. I dropped by almost ten percent of total fat. I lost weight. I bulked in muscles. And just in nine sessions, it's just absolutely amazing. I was weighing somewhere around hundred and eighteen kgs. Now I am eighty four. I have reduced thirty four kgs over a period of four months.
Three months on, I've lost my belly fat, got a little bit of a three pack, and I've put on some nice real weight in my upper body. Twenty nearly twenty five kgs. Not missed one day. Follow the plan. Follow the instructions. Sometimes you think it doesn't gonna work, but at the end of every week, there's a result. I was ninety eight kgs. Last five weeks, I'm down six kgs. I'm down six percent body fat, and I feel absolutely amazing.
I started the program back in November. My energy levels are through the roof, and my body is really starting to take shape.
