I was highly diabetic, and I felt very bad seeing myself so overweight and not in a good shape. I had tried yoga. I had tried bootcamp. I had been with the nutritionist. I had gone to some wellness centre. None of them worked on me. I had been doing that for around five, six years, and nothing worked for me. The main thing that I got from you and you implemented was the discipline, the monitoring, the connection that you maintained with me. You made sure that I kept on track, and you made sure you kept me motivated. The results were very fast. In three months, my shape had completely started changing. I lost around twenty-five kg with you guys. I have more energy than people twenty years younger than me. My kids run here and there, and I am faster than them. Don't invest in your clothes to look good. Don't buy brand-new stuff. Invest in your health.
